Initially, we'll gather all the necessary information about your situation to confirm your eligibility for the financial assistance you need. Once we confirm your eligibility and both parties are happy to proceed, you'll be responsible for our fee, as we can then have a lender ready to provide you with guidance based on your circumstances to help with your Home Purchase Plan. We have a two-part fee structure in place, where you are required to pay an initial nonrefundable fee of £600 which will be go towards our administrative cost and should there be a balance, you are required to pay this on completion of your borrowing.
Our fee covers our administrative work involved in processing and packaging your application, liaising with the finance provider, or communicating with other 3rd parties you authorise us to engage with (e.g., estate agent, accountant, insurance broker, vendor, and solicitor). We strive to support you through the entire process, up to the point of completion. However, please note that we cannot guarantee success, and no refund will be provided if you, the seller, or the lender decides to withdraw from the case for any reason. Once you have been accepted and provided with an offer letter from the lender the £600 initial payment will be deducted from the remainder agreed fee. Our fee will vary between £600 as a minimum to 1% (one percent) of the net landed loan based on individual circumstances and case by case complexity. We will make you aware of your total fee with us before we proceed to the lender.
The exact fee will be determined by the nature and complexity of your case and we will confirm this in writing specifying the exact fee before we start working on your file, this ensures transparency.

We conduct a thorough assessment of your circumstances to ensure your eligibility for the required financial assistance. Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be responsible for paying our fee.
What do we mean by "assessment"? - Conducting a detailed consultation after gathering all necessary information for you to be eligible for a Home Purchase Plan. Engaging with you to confirm information and conducting research/checks to identify a potential finance provider. Collecting all required documentation from you and ensuring consistency to prevent delays. Presenting our findings to the finance provider.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your Home Purchase Plan.
